You can request deletion via the "Request Deletion" button on your character's page. For how to find your character page, please see "Where can I find my character's page?".

You can search by name using the character name input form in the search filters. If you cannot find your character, you can easily register it in one step from here.

Characters who did not meet the conditions for data collection at the time of data gathering have not been included.

All data is obtained from character pages onThe Lodestone. We do not retrieve data from characters whose profiles are set to private.

Only characters who meet all of the following conditions are targeted:

• Publicly viewable profile
• Level 100
• Character with a combat job

Please be assured that information about characters whose profiles are set to private on The Lodestone will not be published on this service without permission.

Due to delays in character data updates and the inclusion of characters who have not played FFXIV recently in the ranking data, the rankings may differ slightly from the latest trends.

Character data is updated automatically at regular intervals. However, you can also request an update with a single click using the "Request Latest Snapshot" button on your character's page.

The equipment listed in the equipment list on the character page is displayed with the equipment from the mirror priority being prioritized, taking into account the main purpose of this service. Equipment that has not been mirrored is displayed as is.

We are retrieving character data from The Lodestone, but we have confirmed that there is a time difference between the character image and the equipment list due to the game's job change. This is a problem that occurs when data acquisition processing is executed at this timing due to the low frequency of occurrence. Currently, we are not taking any specific measures.

This is by design. Based on factors such as demand, sample size, and computational load, we have determined that this feature is currently unnecessary. If there is sufficient demand, we may consider implementing it in the future. Please feel free to send your request via the contact form.
